Description

This letter provides confirmation of your dates of attendance, award with classification (where applicable), mode of study and conferment date. 

It will be issued in the name that you were awarded under (if your name has changed). This product should only be purchased by the student concerned.

 

Your student ID cannot be used to log-in to the store. You will need to register as a new customer.

 

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:

Requests for letters of Confirmation for awards prior to 2000 may not have specific dates of attendance as the records are not computerised. In these instances, the generic months (eg. September/July) will be used.

You should not purchase this product if you have just been awarded and are awaiting your official documents as they will be prioritised.  An order will not be processed, and a refund will be made less an administration fee.

A fully completed application will take approximately 10-20 working days to be processed (longer during our busiest periods).

Documents will be sent by First Class post (in the UK) or International Tracked/Signed or DHL for an additional charge. If you would like to use one of these options, please add the relevant item to your basket.

Description

If you are a graduate of the University of Huddersfield you can request a replacement certificate only if the original has been lost.

Your student ID cannot be used to log-in to the store.  You will need to register as a new customer.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING: 

A replacement certificate can only be provided for an award conferred by the University of Huddersfield (from September 1992).  If you were awarded prior to 1992, the contact details for the various organisations holding that information can be found at the following web address:

A replacement certificate will only be issued in the name that you were awarded.

This product should not be purchased for the replacement of short-course/school issued certificates or awards for CIPD as these are not produced by Registry.

A certificate issued by the University is proof that an award has been conferred and is a valuable document that must be carefully preserved.  The University will not issue a replacement to anyone holding an original certificate.  The loss or destruction of a certificate is a serious matter and a replacement will only be issued at the University's discretion.

Transcript - £25

Transcript - £25

Description

A transcript is an official record of your academic achievement whilst studying at the University. It confirms your award and includes a breakdown of modules, marks and credits.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:

 

For some awards a transcript of results may not be possible.  In these instances, a letter to this effect confirming your award can be provided at a cost of £10 with the balance being refunded.  If you do not want a letter of confirmation, you can indicate this on the following pages, and a full refund will be provided.

Transcripts are not issued for Research degrees.

Transcripts can be sent to you in a sealed and stamped envelope for forwarding to a third party.  If you require this service, please indicate in the Special Requirements box on the following pages.

A transcript will only be issued in the name that you were awarded. 

If you (specifically) require a nursing transcript including contact hours, etc. you will need to contact the School of Human and Health Sciences directly, as our transcripts do not provide that level of detail.

It is for use by employers, employment agencies, etc. wishing to verify an award of the University of Huddersfield (or former Huddersfield Polytechnic). You will need to register and complete an online form. That form will then be sent to us, and we will respond to it by email.
